Hands Down BBQ is a family owned and operated catering company out of Williamstown New Jersey. We offer top of the line bbq style food for any occasion, wether it’s a small first birthday party, or a huge full service wedding with cocktail hour, we can handle it all.

In addition to traditional catering we also offer food truck services to make your event one to remember. Perfect for large groups, company functions, weddings etc, our wood fired smoker is sure to have your guests mouthes watering.
