Have us deliver and set the food up on disposable warming trays. We’ll provide the racks, water pans, burners, serving utensils, even the water! We’ll light all the burners and get you all set for a smooth self-service buffet line. 

We’ll send skilled and professional meat wranglers to assist your buffet line. They’ll provide and set the food up on disposable warming trays, and stick around to serve your guests and keep everything stocked. 

We’ll travel to your location and serve your guests right from our food truck. Boasting a real wood fire and a super-fast serving pace, our food truck is sure to take your event to the next level. You’ll need a large space for us to maneuver, but we’re totally self contained with our own power and water supply. 

For large groups seeking fast serving time. Ideal for groups 250+. We set up a visually appealing tent with lighting and beautiful buffet stations alongside our food truck to make serving times very fast and get through large groups in a flash.

Have us set up a nacho station(s) for guests to snack on prior to dinner service. Guests choose a variety of toppings and cheeses, and each station will be tended by at least one employee.

Have our crew walk around with our unique and delicious bite-sized appetizers before dinner service. Many options available.
